Hi John and all! Thanks for publicly posting. I'm very interested in following the discussion here.
I've directed large brass ensembles at Keene State, Boston University, and now through a local music school in the city of Clarksville, TN. It's a wonderful format pedagogically and I've not run across a lot of discussion about it in the literature.
